Responsibilities:
Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Lead follow up Real estate sales Database campaigns Lead generation Set appointments Sales scripts mastery
Qualifications:
Can spend a large amount of time driving Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Present yourself in a professional manner Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently A real estate license required Commission opportunity Sales experience Good communication About Company Our team is rapidly expanding!
