Full-Time PORTER for Apartment Community
Quick Apply Full-time 58 minutes ago Full Job Description We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Porter for a large established apartment community in North Sacramento, Northland Village Apartments.
We are looking for applicants with the following skills:
Porter or Janitorial Experience Experience working in a predominately outdoor environment Apartment Cleaning Experience Property Curb Appeal -- Picking up Trash Cleaning Common Areas Power Washing side walks, trash enclosures, etc.
Mopping, Sweeping, Blowing, Light Landscaping Assisting with cleaning vacant units Ability to Work as a Team and Meet Deadlines Ability to Follow Company Policies and Procedures Ability to Communicate Problems and Offer Solutions Ability to set priorities and complete assigned tasks Ability to be Empathetic and Understanding with Residents Honest, Dependable and Hard-Working Daily Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining the Property Curb Appeal Picking up Trash daily Power Washing sidewalks, walkways, trash enclosures, etc.
Mopping, Sweeping, Blowing, etc.
Cleaning all Common Areas Completing Light Maintenance / Landscaping duties Assist with cleaning vacant units Working as a Team Assisting with Property & Unit Inspections Offering Excellent Customer Service Follow all company policies & procedures, fair housing laws, etc.
Other duties assigned by the Supervisor Compensation Details:
Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM Pay Rate = $17.
00 per hour Health Benefits with a minimal employee contribution - The Company pays 92% of the Employee-only premium and the employee is responsible for 8% of the cost of their monthly premium.
Paid Personal Time Off including Sick Time - Employees in their 1st-4th years with Domus accrue up to 20 total days off for PTO.
