9 Quick Apply Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description We are currently seeking a labor compliance specialist to join our Team! The main function of this role is to provide overall compliance for subcontractors and internal projects requiring prevailing wage and other specific labor requirements.
Job Details Monitor and track certified payroll for internal self-perform projects and external subcontractors.
Responsible for companywide labor compliance.
Review all contract labor requirements (private and public) ensuring proper set up and maintenance for certified payroll, skilled labor, local hire, diversity, and other such labor related requirements.
Issue subcontracts and ensure contractors are compliant with all requirements per the general contract.
Review and verify payroll records, benefit statements, employer training contributions and apprenticeship paperwork to determine compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Track and maintain all required rate increase and holidays per DIR , DOL or other related agencies.
Use multiple data sources to prepare certified payroll reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
Reporting/allocating fringes to outside agencies.
Required Qualifications Knowledge of Davis Bacon Act and state/local prevailing wage laws in California.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and work independently.
Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills.
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Preferred Qualifications Familiar with LCP tracker, E-Comply, Textura, Elations.
Foundation Software experience.
