We are growing and looking for dedicated individuals to join us on our journey.
We are looking to hire officers who are all around hard workers, responsible, dependable, great people and are interested in joining our incredible Sacramento team.
This position will be patrolling our client's construction site.
This site is also monitored by our advanced security cameras and 24/7 SOC (Security Operation Center).
You will be working side by side with our SOC operators to ensure the safety of our clients' sites.
Calidad means quality and we pride ourselves in providing QUALITY service for our clients.
This includes, but is not limited to, remaining active and mobile throughout the whole shift, reporting any and all issues and writing complete and accurate reports frequently through the shift.

We have graveyard and swing shifts available in Sacramento.
Foot and mobile patrols.
You must:
Ensure that our security officers work safely in accordance with company policies and procedures Report security incidents, risks or safety concerns using the Track-Tik management / reporting system Stay current with information and knowledge relevant to performing their duties safely Adhere to the clients' needs in a professional and courteous manner Requirements:
Current BSIS guard card 40-hour guard card training certificates Current driver license and clean driving record Ability to remain active throughout patrol.
Ability to write thorough reports using TrackTik Ability to work outside at a construction site Comfortable with smart phones Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English language proficiently Previous security experience Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs Ability to pass background check and drug tests Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, to be on time and not miss shifts High school diploma or equivalent We don't take this process lightly.
