Construction Innovations is seeking candidates with excellent process leadership and attention to detail to serve as The Quality Manager.
This key role is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement processes and procedures in Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, production processes, quality control and its cost, as well as excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs related to the quality of manufacturing builds.
Write technical reports or documentation such as supplier corrective actions, and first article inspection reports.
Provide quality control data necessary for regulatory or other submissions.
Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Review and analyze test data ensuring product conformance and customer satisfaction.
Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process work, materials, and finished goods validating quality throughput.
Collaborate with Field Personnel to obtain timely feedback of nonconforming material.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to provide feedback on supplier quality trends.
Oversee and develop processes for the Training Center on the manufacturing floor.
Manage and train Quality Inspectors.
Direct, coordinate and motivate employees to achieve goals and objectives.
Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
DESIRED SKILLS &
Experience:

years of relevant technical experience in manufacturing quality management and improvement 3
years experience in an Electrical, Mechanical Assembly or Manufacturing industry is preferred Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Knowledge of ISO 9001 is required, and knowledge of the newest 2015 revision is highly preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational leadership skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, persuade and train others Ability to handle changing priorities and compressed timelines.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, an analytical science discipline, or Manufacturing QA/QC is preferred Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment is preferred High degree of proficiency in writing and editing procedures WORK ENVIROMENT:
The Quality Manager spends most of their time in a fast-paced environment set in a manufacturing/ warehouse building.
They can expect their daily activities to be split between desk time and time on the manufacturing floor for both quality inspection, and to provide frequent hands-on training and education of various levels of team members.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasionally lift/ move up to 5 pounds.
Continuously stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms above shoulder height; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Staff reporting to this position include Quality Inspectors.

LOCATION:
Construction Innovations facilities and offices are located in Sacramento, CA and Mather, CA.
COMPENSATION:
Construction Innovations pays hourly/salary rates commensurate with each employees knowledge, experience and skill level.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
