Director, Tele-Sales (CVS Medicare Support Center)

Job Description As the Director, Tele-Sales you will be responsible for managing the Tele-Sales team. The core job responsibilities include training junior staff, setting sales targets, implementing sales strategies, monitor performance, and handling customer complaints. You will be a part of our growing Medicare Support Center at CVS Sales Team. The position is remote and can be worked anywhere within the United States. Fundamental Components:
Recruit, train, and oversee the performance of Tele-Sales Representatives. Assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets, training new Tele-Sales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints. Address any customer queries and handle complaints for the Medicare shop, buy and enroll experience. Manage and maintain long-term customer relations. Prepare and present detailed and accurate sales reports Maintain an updated record of all important customer i formation in the database Assist in developing sales scripts Record sales calls and meetings details for future reference Track KPIs Compile and present sales reports to manage leads and improve close ratios. Required Qualifications 5 plus years of experience as a Tele-Sales Manager, Tele-Sales Representative or Telemarketing or a similar role in the Sales department 5 plus years of experience with Medicare products Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Previous leadership skills Previous experience working independently and collaboratively Organizational skills and experience meeting time sensitive deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office COVID Requirements COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
