Project, Stakeholder, & Communications Management Build a strong central enablement function to ensure efficient, effective and safe scale of 3M's integrated media (social & paid) capabilities globally Establish a global project planning approach, including need/opportunity identification, budget, time and resource prioritization protocol, and project impact measurement methodology. Establish a global stakeholder management approach, identifying roles, responsibilities, and collaboration models across various entities within 3M Establish a robust communications plan, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the global lead for governance, process, & technology, driving thought leadership for integrated media Global Governance, Compliance & Training Leadership Refine global cross-functional governance processes across entities spanning corporate functions, business groups/divisions and geographies Partner with Legal, Sourcing, IT, HR, and others to drive a robust compliance program enterprise-wide Drive a global training program, partnering with groups across the company for deployment Global Process & Technology Solutions Leadership Build processes and enabling technology solutions to support key aspects of integrated media, including digital/social listening intelligence, content & asset development, social media publishing, community management and customer service, influencer marketing, social employee advocacy, digital/social advertising operations, social marketing automation, social CRM, social commerce, brand safety management, and measurement & analytics Manage technology stack and roadmap strategy, continually optimizing stack for greatest effectiveness and efficiency for the company Work cross-functionally with IT, Sourcing, Marketing/Communications, Customer/Digital Operations, and others to evaluate enterprise needs and technology solutions Team, Vendor & Budget Management Supervise team of full time and contract employees and provide coaching for international counterparts. Oversee vendor relationships including SAAS technology partners, media networks, and other suppliers across integrated media. Oversee budgets with internal and external stakeholders. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Ten (10) years of experience in marketing technology, project management, or marketing/communications for a large company, consultancy, or agency Five (5) years of experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders throughout a large organization, preferably global Five (5) years of experience in marketing technology Five (5) years of experience in social media or advertising Three (3) years of experience managing agency partners and/or internal teams with direct reports Two (2) years of experience collaborating with global teams Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Project management training/certification, such as Agile/Scrum Strong problem-solving skills High degree of comfort operating in ambiguity Experience working with global teams with a track record of effectively striking the right balance between centralized and localized operations Comfortable as a thought leader and experienced presenter, articulating complex ideas simply Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, including influencing senior decision makers throughout the organization
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
