Our goal is to assist individuals in stabilizing their housing, moving from homelessness to stable, permanent housing.
Each day is different and duties may include assisting individuals in setting goals, accompanying to an appointment, assisting with acquiring benefits, teaching budgeting and other skills, liaison with apartment managers, and helping build a supportive network.
Inspiring Youth Voices is a new LSS program created by youth and for youth.
In addition to carrying a case load, the Mental Health Case Manager will also provide mental health support and strategies to all the youth enrolled in this program.
This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of implementing a new program.

Qualified applicants bring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience providing services to people with mental illness preferred.
Successful employees take a creative approach to problem solving, coordinate services with other LSS programs and other agencies, and are excited to both learn and teach new skills.
