Flexible working hours Safe work environment On-the-job training Job Description Office Management Support the management team performing administrative tasks as assigned.
Prepare quarterly Califronita Taxation for Use Tax Reporting.
Accounts payable:
Maintain vendors in Quickbooks.
Process weekly accounts payable maintaining accuracy w/ vendor statements.
Maintain w 9's and certificate of Insurance on all sub contractors.
Perform record and reports for any anual audits.
Maintain all filing systems for Job Folders, Human Resources, Payroll, Insurance and other corporate documents Job Management:
Prepare new job folders in drop box, QuickBooks, and job folder.
Maintain accuracy in folders and files.
Maintain jobs with any new documentation.
Check job bids for accuracy as directed.
Review hours for jobs as needed.
Prepare job Profitabillity reports and review against the original contract for accuracy Prepare a bonus summary for each job when closed Ensure that vendor bills/payments are accurately entered against a customer job.
Human Resources:
Setup new employee files.
Prepare the monthly workers compensation report.
Prepare quarterly 401k Report.
Prepare monthly health care benefit report.
Payroll:
Perform weekly payroll using QuickBooks Assisted Payroll.
Perform payroll audits if required.
Setup new employees in the QB software Process garnishments and maintain accuracy when processsing employee garnishements.
Construction Management:
Prepare cerified payroll reports, lien releases on public works jobs.
rovide necessary billing documents to apply for payments from customers.
Run and create productivity reports for management.
Skills Desired:
Proficient with Word, Excel, Quickbooks 5
years of construction job experience.
Light project mangement.
Good critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy of customer transactions.
Customer service skills Attention to detail to manage the customer and employee requirements.
