We are currently looking for a Community Manager for a 296 unit community in Sacramento.
Requirements:
o Must live on site
o Experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties
o Previous experience managing an apartment community
o Strong leadership skills
o Excellent customer service skills
o Experience with financials and reporting
o Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; MRI software use a plus
o Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
