years of experience.
The candidate will be working in close collaboration with partners in the Group to supervise, draft, and edit certiorari and merits stage briefing; developing and executing strategic initiatives to continue the expansion of the SCA Groups presence before the Court; and managing and developing associates in the SCA Group regarding Supreme Court matters.
Should have extensive Supreme Court and appellate litigation experience.
