Experienced Administrator/Transaction Coordinator wanted to join our growing team.
Busy real estate office in Sacramento County is looking for a full time Administrator and Transaction Coordinator. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, AND TRANSACTION COORDINATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Experience with online platform a plus.

Job duties include answering phones, interacting with agents and customers, processing sales paperwork, updating MLS, maintaining broker files and logs, creating broker demands, ordering office supplies, monthly billing, and much more. Please email your resume to the address above.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
