LOAN OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage loan officer/retail mortgage banking experience
MUST already be Federal NMLS Licensed & SAFE Act compliant
MUST be licensed in the state(s) in which you will be originating
MUST Have Current Mortgage Sales experience, including:
A focus on self-sourced business
A solid percentage of purchase loan business

Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of management experience within the mortgage industry.

Uphold the highest levels of integrity with honesty in all actions and behaviors
