This position is designed to train and develop designated employees to advance to a Production Manager position in approximately 9-12 months. Primary training will be conducted at the local facility. Additional training will take place at various locations in short intervals (travel and accomodations provided). At times the selected manager may be tasked to provide needed support to another location when necessary. Once training is completed, candidates MUST BE RELOCATABLE within the region/geographical sector of the U.S. in which they were hired. Relocation assistance, salary increase, and bonus eligibility are all provided as part of the promotion to Production Manager.
As part of your training, responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Aiding the Production Manager in ensuring that all operators are properly trained to operate the equipment in a safe, efficient manner
Helping control costs of material, direct/indirect labor and equipment in accordance to budget
Directing and supervising the production employees
Maintaining compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws/regulations that affect Market Center operations and safety, while promoting safety policies and awareness
If in a union facility, aiding in developing an effective management/labor relationship
Assisting Production Manager with performance evaluations for employees
As needed, tasked in providing assistance to other industrial plants requiring extra support
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
One year or more of supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred; 3
years experience ideal
MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE for Production Manager position when training complete and a position comes available
Previous Budget and Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations
Ability to work in a very adverse environment with varying temperatures and conditions seasonally
Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs when necessary
Remain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily
Successful completion of Criminal Background Check and Drug ScreenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
