This position facilitates HRD procurement by completing draft documents to assist with contract development, tracking and monitoring contract balances, confirming the delivery of invoiced materials and entering invoice information into the Lottery procurement system.
This position assists with HRD interview and recruitment activities; provides clerical and technical office services support and assistance within the HRD.
Incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exercise good judgment, and is required to handle personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive information confidentially and with integrity and in accordance with Lottery information security policies.
