Key
Responsibilities:
Handle multiple telephone lines, efficiently determining the needs of the caller, redirecting calls to the appropriate department or recording messages as necessary.
Schedule appointments for estimates and organize the intake of vehicles dropped off for repair, ensuring a smooth process.
Work closely with our Call Center to facilitate a seamless claims experience for our clients.
Oversee the vehicle drop-off process, securing necessary customer authorizations for repairs.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring timely and effective communication both within the organization and with external contacts, upholding a professional image.
Ensure the front office area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Effectively multitask and navigate through various databases such as CCC1, Nexsyis, Outlook, Excel, and Arms, maintaining high levels of efficiency.
Provide prompt, accurate information to visitors and callers, as well as via email.
Maintain meticulous records of office expenses and costs, including receipts, where relevant.
Execute additional receptionist tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.
Keep the customer coffee and drink station well-stocked and inviting.
Carry out other administrative and clerical tasks as delegated.

Minimum age requirement:
18 years.
Strong verbal communication skills are necessary.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
Skilled in organizing tasks and adjusting priorities as needed.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Should be physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Expected to maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
Pay Range:
$18-22 DOE Job Type:
Full Time Schedule:
Monday through Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
