We are currently looking for a part-time Accounting Assistant to perform daily tasks that will support our financial team.
This is a hybrid position and candidate must be within a commutable distance to the office located in Sacramento California.

you will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions, by assisting with the following:
Daily finance and accounting activities Managing general ledger accounts Support duties related to accounts payable and receivable functions Provide accurate reports and metrics to Accounting Lead Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures Assist with payroll processing and management of employee benefit programs Requirements and skills Prior work experience as an Accounting Assistant Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting procedures Familiarity with finance regulations Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software ( QuickBooks preferred) Solid organization and reasoning skills Self-motivated with a desire to learn Ability to communicate and interact professionally with others both in person and in writing Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred Background with ConnectWise is helpful Job Type:
