This position supports the Property with completion of day-to-day activities in the Company's best interest to ensure the property is rented to the fullest capacity.
The ideal candidates will have experience working in a multi-family apartment community, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and will possess strong communication and customer service skills.
This position may be asked to work at other properties in the local area when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
preparing available units each morning for showings, answering the phones, assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns, completing leasing paperwork, posting notices, entering resident information into the system.
All employees at the property are responsible for maintaining the safe and clean appearance of our property, grounds, units, pool and laundry facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must complete pre-employment background check and drug test post offer.
Must be available to work week-end rotation and overtime as needed Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
