Responsibilities - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner _ Barbacks go from bar station to bar station, stocking liquors, refilling garnishes, polishing glasses, stacking napkins, hauling kegs, cutting fruit, bringing glassware back from the dishwasher - Maintain cleanliness and organization in front and behind the bar - Sweep floors, inspect and clean bathrooms - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Other duties and task as directed by manager Experience - Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we encourage you to apply.
