Job Description and Duties The Program Analyst develops and oversees hate incident services and prevention programs implemented through contracts and/or grants with community based organizations, including preparation of funding applications, awards, contracts, monitoring, technical assistance, data analysis, and reporting.
The incumbent also collaborates with various state departments, evaluation experts, and other entities combating hate in California.
This is a 12-month limited term position and may be extended to a maximum of 24-months and/or may become permanent based on operational needs.

Working Conditions This position is a statewide recruitment, the incumbent will be headquartered in the county nearest their residence, including but not limited to the following counties:
Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Candidate must be able to commute to the Sacramento Headquarters when needed.
