The Employer Account Management Division (EAMD) oversees and manages the day-to-day retirement operations of membership, payroll, compensation review, and serves as the state Social Security Administrator for public agencies throughout the state.

Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, Membership Review Unit, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) consistently exercises initiative, independence, and originality in performing consultative and analytical duties.
The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) receives instructions, is subject to progress checks, and has assignments reviewed at discrete phases and upon completion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
