As a member of the Customer Service and Support team, you will bring your skills to lead all open enrollment project related tasks including but not limited to the initialization, planning, execution and managing the annual project activities.
Successful delivery will help ensure quality benefit programs and services are delivered to the State of California employees, retirees and dependents.
Under the direction of the Benefits Projects and Compliance Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), the Staff Services Manager I Specialist (SSMI Specialist) is responsible for performing complex duties related to the administration of the state's benefits programs primarily, but not limited to the Projects and Compliance section ensuring alignment with the CalHR and Benefits Division mission, vision, values and goals.
