Our Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD), Benefits Services team is currently seeking a System Tester Analyst.
This position is an Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) who will work in the Benefits I unit within the ESDD and support the myCalPERS (MCP) system.
Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the ITS I is responsible for successful resolution of defects and implementation of enhancements of the MCP system.
The ITS I works closely with the solution architects, business analysts, developers, and testers of their own domain and other domains.
The ITS I works both independently and cooperatively with others to carry out assignments using considerable judgment to achieve goals while following established time frames and performance standards.
This position significantly utilizes Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices to maintain and enhance the MCP system.
