We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Assistant.
As a Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities - Wanting to learn new technologies from technical and business procesess (IT).
Interested in research writing , documentation, invoice creations, vendor engagement discussions.
- Assist with RFO bids, Invoice management, payroll processess, document preparation and organization, including drafting letters, memos, and reports - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed - Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting materials - Provide administrative support to various departments as required - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients - Utilize computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign for document creation and management - Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Qualifications - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not required - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for organization and providing outstanding support, we would love to hear from you.
