Staff Tech is currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Lead with experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes with at least five (5) years of experience in a lead capacity.
Mandatory Staffing
Qualifications:
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processesAt least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing technical architectures and designs on large scale system implementation projects.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT Security.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business process reengineering best practices and activities on large scale system implementation projects.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering fieldAdditional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basisFour (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degreeThe substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience for each of the remaining MSQsExample:
If the Experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a total of nine (9) years of experience is required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data migration and conversion best practices and activities on large scale system implementation projects.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical lead or chief architect capacity on IT projects involving the implementation of cloud-based Software-as-a-Services or Platform-as-a-Service (PAAS) solutions for a Salesforce or ServiceNow implementation.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a technical lead or chief architect capacity in IT projects employing Agile Methodology.
