Staff Tech is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager for large scale enterprise IT project implementations.Mandatory Staffing
Qualifications:
1Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and toolsAt least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity managing a minimum of 2 direct resources, several matrixed teams and interfacing with executive leadership.2Minimum of five (5) years of experience proving Project Management services to CA State entities on IT projects similar in size and scope to clients' project.3Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a lead project manager capacity in IT projects employing Agile Methodology.4Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lead project manager capacity on IT projects involving the implementation of cloud-based Software-as-a-Service or Platform-as-a-Service (PAAAS) solution preferably a Salesforce or ServiceNow implementation.5Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Organizational Change Management.6Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO processThe PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.7Possession of a bachelor's degreeAdditional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 6926 - IT Project Manager (PMP) / Organizational Change Management (Only candidates local to Sacramento - no relo) Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Leadership Project Management Salesforce.Com Servicenow Software As A Service Apply to this job.
