The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community.
The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.

Heights on Stockton is a 198-unit, affordable community for area families in Sacramento, CA.
Pay:
$20.

Early close Fridays - 3 paid hours off early each Friday.

Duties:
Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc.
, at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Two (2) years experience.
