Job Overview:
Performs assigned tasks for SHCNC patients under supervision of a nurse.
Collects and reports data to assist the RN / LVN in the evaluation of patients.
Assists where necessary in patient bathing, feeding and dressing.
This position is part time (20 hours/week), day shift, non-exempt and benefits eligible.
The pay range for this position is $21.

Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
Responsibilities:
Collects and reports data to assist the RN/LVN in the evaluation of patient.
Organizes and sets priorities related to assigned tasks in collaboration with the supervising RN/LVN.
Carries out tasks as related to the plan of care, as assigned, in coordination and support of the interdisciplinary team goals and according to the developmental level of the patient Demonstrates open, accurate and timely communication with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective therapeutic interventions Maintains competency, adheres to standard of practice, and recognizes own learning needs to maximize development and optimal patient care Provides wound care in partnership with the nurse This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities.
The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
