Position Overview As the IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission to the online community.
Under the supervision of the Director of Technical Services, the IT Specialist assists in maintaining the IT infrastructure for Campus.
Additionally, this individual assists in supporting students, faculty, and staff on campus and remotely as they navigate an array of classroom and learning tools.
What you'll do:
Provide on-site and remote network support for computer users.
Diagnose and resolve network problems.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment problems; maintains, repairs, configures, and/or upgrades PC equipment and peripherals; coordinates repair of equipment not handled by in-house resources.
Retrofit and rebuild returned equipment.
Primarily Chromebook, and MacBook in a Google Workspace environment.
About You:
You'll fit right in if you are/have:
CompTiaA
certification or equivalent experience.
Microsoft Hyper-V server experience.
Experience with Office 365 and Powershell.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Basic Python Skills and a desire to learn.
Anthology or Other Student Information System Experience.
Location:
Sacramento Onsite schedule M-F 5 PM to 10 PM.
