You will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Education:
o Bachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related field o Must be a certified real estate appraiser in good standing o 2
years of experience in the appraisal industry o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Strong attention to detail and accuracy o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Proficiency with appraisal software and tools o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Valid driver's license and reliable transportation o Willingness to travel to different locations for property inspections o Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Key
Responsibilities:
o Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders o Analyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property values o Produce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations o Review and analyze sales data to determine the appropriate value for a property o Attend and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings o Maintain current knowledge of real estate trends and industry regulations o Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders o Participate in company training programs and stay up to date with industry best practices o Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality appraisals and client satisfaction We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
