Our Member Account Management Division (MAMD), System Support Unit is currently seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst with project management experience, written and verbal communication skills, and strong computer skills to provide various aspects of system support to the division and drive our CalPERS mission.
Some core duties include being a liaison between the program areas and the Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB), providing guidance on reporting system issues and efficiencies, reviewing system design documents, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
