Job Description Preferred relevant work experience 2 to 6 years oExcellent knowledge in remote desktop support obility to successfully provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution support over the phone.
oGood knowledge with windows 10 Performs upgrades as directed to ensure the longevity of equipment oTest computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.

Provide assistance needed from Top level Management, CEO and VP level Users oKnowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, SCCM Client , Dell Command Center oKnowledge of MS Office Suite 2016/365, One Drive Knowledge of Apple/Android Mobile devices oITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, Client Service Center, client Service Center - ssists staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of computers and peripherals within established standards and guidelines Recommended Skills Customer Service Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Office Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Management Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
