We serve the greater Sacramento and Sierra Foothills areas for mitigation and reconstruction.
Growing construction company specializing in insurance related losses for water, fire, smoke.
The Estimator is responsible for documentation, preparing scopes and estimates for Fire Restoration and Emergency Services.
The Estimator will contact the homeowner & adjuster, scope loss, create estimates & supplements using Xactimate and Symbility estimating software, and review the scope of loss with the Client and party responsible for approval.
Qualifications and skills:
Meet with property owners and insurance adjusters to conduct onsite inspections and scope generation.
Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate (as required) and Symbility Accurately measure and sketch fire damaged structures.
Ensure accurate scope of work.
Work closely with insured and interested parties to obtain an agreement and signed contract Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
