Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Critical Control Construction Foreman (Restoration / Mitigation) Critical Control Restoration (water, fire, bio, mold remediation services) is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a supervisor or lead technician for a remediation company.
As a working restoration supervisor you will be responsible for helping the daily jobs go smoothly, helping to direct your crews on next steps and ensuring quality on projects is up to par.
Responsibilities:
-Uphold quality -Give directions and answer any questions the technicians may have -Help on projects when needed -Moisture mapping projects -On-call rotation to secure/spike projects as they come in -Checking vehicles for fluids, brakes, etc.
-Check DEF daily -Help with overflow inspections if project manager gets overwhelmed On-Call Schedule Reminder -Techs are reminded Monday every week -Adjustments sent to PM
Qualifications:
-+2 years of mitigation experience in water, fire, mold (a plus) -Able to drive -Fluent in speaking and writing English -Team player -Willing and able to travel for CAT work (a plus) Job Type:
