Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager serves as the regulator and distributor of the financial resources of the company.
The Finance Manager provides insight and evidence-based data to help the management make the most efficient and effective financial decisions.
Oversee the financial well-being of the company.
Create financial plans based on the company's goals and objectives Present the financial plan to the management/board.
Create financial procedures and policies.
Ensure that the company is compliant with state/federal financial regulations including incoming filing and taxations.
Create and develop company-wide policies for budgeting, spending, and other financial expenditures.
Conduct regular reviews of financial procedures and adherence.
Create periodic and regular financial reports for the company.
Create recommendations and policies toward effective cost reduction.
Create financial projections and recommend appropriate budgetary action plans.
Qualifications:
College degree in Finance/Accounting or any relevant degree Must have FP&A, investment banking, business administration, or management consulting experience.
Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a great plus! At least 1-3 years of experience in finance Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Able to work in Sacramento, CA Job Type:
