Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description We are a well-established boutique plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Sacramento seeking to fill a full-time law clerk and/or paralegal position.
This position will allow the successful applicant to gain meaningful experience by assisting with all facets of litigation and trial.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, disciplined, and a team player.
Job duties include:
calendaring, drafting discovery, responding to discovery, correspondence, filing legal documents, writing medical summaries, and client interaction.
Pay to commensurate with experience.
The position comes with 401k, vacation, and sick leave.

Spanish speaking is a plus.
It is preferred that you are a law student, but not required.
In additional to compensation, law students will be able to earn elective credits with this position as well as invaluable mentorship.
