Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students on proper technique and strategies to improve their overall tennis game :

Ensure all tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition :

Quickly and efficiently respond to member questions, comments, and concerns Sales and Promotion :

Direct a comprehensive effort aimed at integrating new members into the Life Time tennis program.

Actively develop a positive image for Life Time Tennis in the community through involvement with schools, community education programs, charities and fund raisers.

Ensure Tennis Pros and Staff are promoting and selling Tennis programs, lessons, court time, equipment, etc.

Monitor Tennis Pros daily, weekly and monthly revenue and lesson totals to ensure they achieve or exceed goal :

Create weekly Pro Shop and/or tennis desk schedule and assign Tennis Pros to classes and lessons :

Coordinate court scheduling, billing and program registration :

Train and develop staff through quality orientations, direction, and feedback :
