Lead Maintenance Person
Company Description Job Description Eskaton is seeking talented and experienced Lead Maintenance Person to join our team at Eskaton Henson Manor (EHM) in Sacramento, CA.
This position is Full-Time; M-F, 8am-5pm (occasional on call hours for weekend emergencies) with a starting salary of $27,040 per year/$13.
00 per hour.
This position is responsible for operating and performing skilled building maintenance and repair in the plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry trades.
This position also performs other maintenance on heating and cooling equipment, including work with refrigerants and trouble shooting repairs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum 2 year's general maintenance experience.
Practical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems, painting, floor care, refrigeration, appliance repair, construction, grounds maintenance, boilers and various tools and equipment.
