Company Description Job Description Our client, located in Sacramento, California, has an immediate need to fill the position of Sales Administrator.
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities o Answer incoming calls.
o Enter, edit, invoice and pre-bill all non-rental sales orders.
o Maintain sales orders (including:
file creation, adding new customers and shipment tracking, manual work orders).
o Assist Sales team with invoices, recaps, and resolving discrepancies.
o Handle exceptions to month and year-end closing (accruals, running reports).
o Determine why freight bills do not have generated accruals due to missing paperwork, etc.

years Qualifications o 1-3 years of Administration experience (construction industry experience preferred).
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
o Bachelor's degree preferred.
o 1-3 years of Sales Administration experience (construction industry or related experience preferred).
o Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
o Local.
