Job Description Role and Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, implement and support high-quality software build systems.
Works in a team environment to establish and execute a CI and CM program for multiple systems/programs in various stages of design, development, operations and different SDLC methodologies.
Contribute to the documentation and life cycle management of changes.
Conduct audits of CI and CM activities throughout a project's life cycle to verify compliance with established CI and CM procedures and standards.
Plans and/or facilitates internal/external configuration audits.
Ability to manage/track multiple configuration baselines of a system within multiple environments.
Ability to implement, document and maintain CI scripts.
Training personnel on Continuous Integration Procedures.
Deploys new software baselines to Dev, Test, Training, Pre-Production and Production environments.
Acts as a liaison between the development and operations teams to communicate changes and expected issues in production environment.
Complies and builds code baselines.
Hands-on experience assisting developers with development issues related to CI and CM tool use (check in/out, branching, and Tagging).
Works with management staff to produce CI and CM strategies and plans for upcoming enhancements and / or roll-outs.
Developing CI and CM team process and quality improvements.
Introduce new techniques and technologies for new build systems and evolve existing systems.
Maintain and enhance external interfaces to build systems and information.
Develop build scripts and tools for builds, using most appropriate languages and technologies.
Integrate automated builds and build artifacts into test environments, unit test harnesses, and code analysis tools.
Develop high quality designs and code with respect to testability, internationalization, scalability, performance, security, and fault tolerance.
Qualifications and Education Requirement Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Minimum of 7
years in Software Development and/or Configuration Management Knowledge & Experience Multiple Software Development Process
Experience:
Extreme, Agile and Waterfall.
Experience with Configuration Management concepts, build framework design and architecture.
Source code administration experience a must.
Full life-cycle experience (design through delivery and support), Developing and improving CM standards, practices and procedures.
Experience leading all aspects of a technical project.
Experience with server/network hardening and security best practices.
Ability to express software designs both verbally and diagrammatically.
Certifications in relevant technologies.
Build automation tools Visual SourceSafe and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience required.
Scripted build with scripting in (powershell, etc.
) experience required.
Source code repositories VSS,TFS (possible migration to Git) experience required.
Artifact repositories experience required.
Server administration (VSS and Team Foundation Server) experience required.
High-availability system architecture experience required.
IaaS, SaaS, or PaaS environment experience required.
OOP with C#, experience required.
Windows experience required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
