Join ACTIVE Network in our comfortable, friendly, office environment conveniently located in the Arden area (at Bell St.
and Alta Arden).
We offer part:
time hours per week and our business hours are 8am:
6pm, seven days per week.
ACTIVE Network Outdoors (formerly ReserveAmerica) is seeking energetic Reservation Agents to accept phone calls from customers throughout the United States interested in making reservations with federal and state campgrounds.
This position involves answering incoming phone calls, data entry, placing orders, and making reservations.
Representatives assist customers with various ticketing, event information, and reservation needs.
Duties may include other tasks as assigned.

Computer experience required, must be proficient in learning new systems.

Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred.

Open availability preferred :
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Applicants must have a high school diploma.
