Job Description Job Duties Performed:
Set up, operate, adjust and maintain equipment.
Direct crews in the functions of boxing and labeling of products.
Coordinate employee work assignments with supervisor Ensure compliance with supplied written down instructions.
Pull quality samples when required and perform quality checks when operating equipment.

Accurately document production counts and time cards.
Operate hand trucks and forklifts in the movement of raw, in:
process and finished products within the plant.
Job requirements Must have previous Finishing Experience.
Good leadership skills and at times gives directions to crew.
Must interpret verbal and written instructions.
Good math skills.
Good mechanical ability and use of tools.
Sets:
up and adjusts equipment.
Basic computer skills.
Able to work independently and as a team member.
Must be flexible to meet and adapt to schedules.
Must be move up 50 lbs.
stand for long periods of time and use hands and wrists continuously.
