We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist for a prominent client of ours.
This position is located in Sacramento, CA.
Details for the positions are as follows:
Job Description:
Assists routine buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials; expedites as needed and serves as liaison between vendors and users, getting prior approval for purchases in excess of established limits.
Resolves routine delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
Assists in updating purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
Filing and uploading of Purchase orders, confirmations and certifications.
Reconciliation of discrepant deliveries with supplier and receiving team.
Supports in monitoring the movement of standard materials through the supply chain.
