Part Time Funeral Counselor
KEY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
SEVICES SUPPORT Assist the Services Manager with first calls, phone messages etc.
Acting as primary support to Services Manager Coordination of lead assignment with direction from the Sales Manager Creating and maintaining Services contract files.
CUSTOMER SERVICE Ability to listen, understand and communicate solutions to customer issues.
Skillfully gathers, analyzes and trends data DOCUMENT/CONTRACT PREPARATION Creating customer files OFFICE MAINTENANCE AND ORGANIZATION Maintain a neat and orderly office environment Eligibility Requirements 1-2 years experience in the funeral industry Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, Must be willing to occasionally commute as required (bank, post office, etc).
Excellent Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Excellent Administrative Skills State Funeral Director License is highly desired Minimum of two years Associate's degree preferred Click here to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
