Maintenance and Engineering Manager This Position Reports to (title):
Plant Director Company :
Fortune 500 Food/Beverage company Plant Engineer Manager Responsibilities Overall coordination of Plant property and equipment maintenance.
Defines and drives engineering practices to improve process flows and cost reduction to support the plant operations and continual improvement process.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and directing the installation and maintenance of equipment and facilities to insure safe and cost efficient operations.
Coordinate assigned capital and expense projects in such a manner as to achieve the targeted objectives.
Design, improve, and install equipment and systems to improve plant efficiency and meet company and plant needs.
Assist the production group in maximizing output, improving equipment availability, and reducing scrap.
Stay abreast of new technologies associated with the industry, through trade magazines, training classes and technical manuals.
Other Duties As Assigned Experience BS, ME, EE or related Management responsibility in a 7X24 operation, including experience with a PM Software program.
Capital budgeting and planning experience required.
Must have managed other engineering functions such as project, process, and packaging.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
