Positions will be based in West Sacramento, CA Project Manager :
Oversee all project activities across both the technical development and business/process efforts :
Define release scope, schedule, deliverables in collaboration with customer and team leads :
Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on:
time and within budget :
Manage scope throughout the project duration maintaining accurate program estimates, timelines, work plans, and status reports :
Attend customer meeting and in:
progress reviews :
Allocate and manage staff and resources to maximize effectiveness and efficiency :
Create and maintain project management documentation and contract deliverables :
Understand, track and articulate issues and risks; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate audiences as needed :
Resolving conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision:
making competencies Qualifications :
Desired Skills/Experience :
5 years of pension system implementation experience :
10
years of experience managing projects in excess of 50M :
Experience managing large legacy transformation efforts and software/system development teams :
Exceptional management skills, including ability to multi:
task and prioritize based on competing demand :
Ability to lead and motivate cross:
functional teams and interact with all levels :
Experience applying and tailoring industry standards and procedures :
Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Degree a plus :
