Minimum job requirements:
Must be lively, creative, energetic, enthusiastic, loving and caring.
Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
Experience in the wellness and fitness industry is a plus.
Ability to drive the community bus or other vehicles, meeting all federal, state and provincial driving regulations.
A commercial driver's license is required for this position; a CDL must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures and standards.
Ability to work under time constraints and meet department deadlines.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Management of a preventative care wellness program.
Schedule weekly networking and marketing to the surrounding Community.
Create and distribute a full and enriching calendar of events.
Leads activities as necessary, including fitness and exercise classes.
Assists with proper use of fitness equipment, promptly reports any apparent problems with fitness equipment to Manager or Administrator.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
