DESCRIPTION ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONISBILITIES 2.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times including dress code, office organization and member interaction both in:
club and externally 3.
Execute the In:
Shape Sales System effectively, following standards at all times 4.
Complete all sales administration and paperwork accurately including Guest Register, Telephone Inquiry Log and Daily Planner; Submit sales activity reports in a timely and accurate manner 5.
Generate leads by collecting referrals from new and current members, following up on missed opportunities, conducting telephone inquiries and participating in Open House / other sales events 6.
Present membership options in a clear and professional manner following established sales procedures 7.
Encourage prospect trial through the use of motivational tools such as temporary guest passes and company/club promotions 8.
Accurately and legibly complete all membership agreements/processes and accompanying paperwork for each sale according to company standards' process paperwork in a timely manner 9.
Interact with all departments and club staff to reinforce teamwork, establish a positive rapport with members and ensure member satisfaction at all times 10.
Be knowledgeable of all club activities such as group class calendars, promotions and sales events; be knowledgeable of activities and promotions for other clubs within the market 11.
Participate in planning and executing monthly open house and other promotional events; be prepared for and attend daily production meetings, sales meetings and training classes Experience and
Qualifications:
1.
Minimum two years of sales experience 2.
Health club or fitness experience preferred 3.
Familiar with point:

sale and use of other technology tools 4.
Self:
motivated including the ability to generate leads on own 5.
Positive attitude 6.
Strong organizational and time:
management skills 7.
Must be able to demonstrate proper fitness techniques 8.
