Job Description We are a janitorial services company seeking a competent Janitorial Account Manager in the Sacramento, CA area.
This important role must be filled by a natural leader with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail as they will be accountable for a large facility contract.
The Janitorial Account Manager will directly supervise and coordinate work activities of the cleaning and maintenance personnel :

coaching janitors to perform their duties exceptionally well the first time and subsequently after.
Job Responsibilities Additional responsibilities include:
Planning and preparing Janitor work schedules Establishing and implementing operations standards Investigating complaints about service and equipment Maintaining accurate facilities records Job Requirements As a Janitorial Account Manager, you must have a high sense of urgency as it is your responsibility to ensure that facilities are cleaned properly and on schedule.
We are also seeking someone with a flexible schedule that allows for both day and evening shifts.
Additional requirements include:
Labor and Supplies budgeting experience Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to pass pre:
