The New Business Development Manager is primarily focused on driving new business through sourcing of qualified new store owners, managing changes of ownership, competitive acquisitions, competitive changeovers, and/or the selling of company owned stores in the Bay Area.

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work
Experience:

5 years minimum experience in business operations and/or in a financial environment, including the understanding of P and Ls, Proformas, profitability, and lending parameters:

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals in a quota environment:

Willing to travel up to 75:

Highly analytical with strong financial and business acumen:

Responsibilities The New Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing NAPAs New Distribution strategy by delivering qualified leads for NAPA Store Owners to the Distribution Center Management to close Areas of responsibility include:

? Presenting and selling The NAPA Story to potential store owners :

? Performing Market analysis, evaluating and developing Proformas, and valuating financing options including the Growth Capital Program.

? Involving DC Management in the overall New Distribution process from qualifying to Proforma development, acquisition proposals and valuation, and setting up training Closing Statement Since the 1920s, weve sped our way to become a powerhouse in the auto parts industry.
